Heaven’s Garden is only available for purchase and ship within the 50 U.S. states. currently Heaven’s Garden does not ship outside of the United States. 

 

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of order processing.

Return Policy

At Heaven's Garden we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping and handling at any time. No questions asked. This 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy applies to all products purchased through our website. However, no refunds will be issued for products without proof of purchase. Additionally, refunds are given only for regular priced items, sale items are final sale, and excluded from our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item including shipping and handling. To obtain a refund, call us at 949-763-8057 or email: info@heavensgarden.com.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Standard processing time of refunds vary and is determined by your credit card holder or bank.

  2. Our Customer Support team will get back to you within 2 business days. If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item including shipping and handling. 

  3. Pack It Up: Pack up your items securely, place the label provided by our Customer Support team to your package, and send it our way.

  4. Ship It: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund request. Standard processing time of refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
